Your Career
In this role, you will build a strong foundation in commercial legal and contract management within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will develop expertise in reviewing, drafting, and advising on a wide range of contractual matters, gaining exposure to real-world legal challenges across the business. Working closely with experienced Contracts Managers and legal professionals, you will refine your analytical and negotiation skills while contributing to meaningful outcomes. Your Team
You will be part of a supportive and knowledgeable Legal, Compliance, and Data Protection function, working alongside Contracts Managers and other specialists. The team operates collaboratively, sharing expertise and providing guidance to ensure consistent, high-quality contract management across the organisation. You will play an important supporting role in day-to-day activities, helping to maintain accurate contract records and documentation while assisting colleagues with a variety of legal and contractual queries. The team values attention to detail, clear communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Your Impact
Your work will directly support the organisation’s ability to manage contractual risk and maintain strong commercial relationships. You will provide advice and guidance on a range of internal legal and contractual issues, helping stakeholders make informed decisions. You will be responsible for keeping contract records and documents up to date, reviewing and updating standard contract templates, and supporting the assessment of contractual terms. Your role will include managing responses to contract termination and extension requests, drafting and processing contract variations, and reviewing and negotiating non-disclosure agreements. Through these activities, you will contribute to the smooth operation of the wider Legal, Compliance, and Data Protection function, while also supporting Contracts Managers in their day-to-day duties and undertaking other reasonable tasks that strengthen the department’s effectiveness.
