Your Career
As Head of Product – Global Payroll, you will define and deliver the strategy for People First Global Payroll. Launching in the US and Ireland, you will build a scalable, compliant, and partner-extensible platform capable of supporting multi-country payroll through a federated network model. You will set the product vision, own the roadmap, and work closely with Engineering and Architecture to shape a robust global payroll engine. You will also lead commercial partnerships and oversee the US Legislation Product Manager to ensure compliance remains accurate, timely, and strategically aligned.
Your Team
You will lead the Global Payroll product domain, managing legislative product expertise while collaborating daily with engineering teams to ensure high-quality delivery. Working cross-functionally with Heads of Product across HR, Talent, WFM, Platform, and Pay, you will ensure payroll integrates seamlessly within the People First ecosystem. You will also partner with Compliance, Legal, Sales, and GTM to align product, regulatory, and commercial priorities.
Your Impact
You will establish MHR as a competitive global payroll provider by delivering reliable US and Ireland payroll capability and enabling international expansion. Through strong prioritisation, customer insight, and performance data, you will drive continuous improvement, scalability, and commercial growth while building a high-performance product culture.
