This graduate opportunity is designed for individuals who are passionate about software development and eager to launch their careers in tech. As part of the MHR Software Academy, you’ll embark on a structured onboarding journey tailored to your skills, with a phased training program that builds your confidence and capabilities. You’ll gain hands‑on experience with a variety of technology stacks including Java (JavaEE, Hibernate, Docker), .NET (C#, NHibernate), and web technologies (HTML, TypeScript, SCSS). The Academy is built to support your aspirations, offering mentorship, practical learning, and exposure to Agile Scrum methodologies. Through tutorials, pair programming, and real coding tasks, you’ll develop the skills needed to thrive in a professional software environment.

You’ll be joining the People First Software team, where collaboration and support are at the heart of everything we do. From day one, you’ll be paired with a mentor and manager who will guide your development and help you navigate your career path. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers who are committed to coaching and sharing their knowledge, ensuring you feel part of a team that values growth and learning. As an Academy Software Engineer, you’ll make meaningful contributions to our People First product, which supports key HR, Talent, and Payroll modules. You’ll work on customer‑impacting features in a controlled environment, learning how to write secure, performant, and well‑tested code. Your work will be guided by defined coding standards and best practices, and you’ll gain insight into build processes, deployments, and product improvements driven by our Product Design and Research teams. Through your efforts, you’ll help deliver real value to our users while building a strong foundation for a long‑term career in software engineering.
