As Digital Advertising Manager, you will own and deliver MHR’s digital media strategy to increase brand visibility, engagement and pipeline across the UK and US. You will lead paid social and paid search activity across platforms including Google and Bing, creating targeted, high-performing campaigns that drive measurable results. Using strong analytical thinking and commercial awareness, you will manage budgets, optimise performance and demonstrate clear return on investment.
You will work closely with growth marketing, marketing operations and creative teams to plan and deliver integrated campaigns. You will collaborate with colleagues across organic social, employee advocacy and wider advertising to ensure alignment and consistency. You will also manage external agency partners and champion best practice in paid media across the business.
Your work will directly contribute to pipeline growth and brand positioning. By monitoring performance, analysing data and tracking conversions, you will continuously refine campaigns to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Through proactive optimisation, competitor insight and trend awareness, you will ensure MHR remains competitive and impactful in a fast-moving digital landscape.
