This role offers the opportunity to develop your career in a fast-paced, creative studio environment where technology and storytelling come together. You will manage day‑to‑day studio operations, ensuring equipment, bookings, and resources are organised and ready for use, while supporting the production of high‑quality video, photography, and digital content. You will also stay up to date with emerging trends, including AI and new production tools, helping to continuously improve MHR’s creative output.
You will work as part of a collaborative Marketing team alongside the Studio Manager, Content and Digital teams, and the Head of Brand. Building strong relationships across MHR, you will translate content needs into engaging, on‑brand outputs while coordinating effectively with external suppliers and freelancers. You will play a key role in supporting a connected culture that reflects MHR’s purpose and brand.
You will ensure the studio operates efficiently, with clear scheduling, well‑maintained equipment, and a production‑ready environment. Supporting filming, photography, and editing, you will help deliver engaging content on time and to a high standard. Your work will contribute to strengthening MHR’s brand, building a valuable content library, supporting events, and continuously improving production quality through insight, creativity, and innovation.
