Join MHR as an Agile Coach and help shape how our People First Product Design & Engineering teams work, learn and improve. This is a great opportunity to influence delivery at scale by coaching teams and leaders to improve flow, quality, predictability and continuous improvement.

You’ll work across multiple teams and value streams within People First, partnering with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, Release Managers and leaders. Rather than managing delivery, you’ll coach through influence and facilitation to help teams build long‑term Agile capability.

You’ll improve team effectiveness, Agile maturity and delivery flow by coaching individuals, teams and leaders to develop sustainable ways of working.

What You’ll Do

  • Coach teams, value streams and leaders on Agile principles and practices
  • Support self‑organisation, accountability and continuous improvement
  • Facilitate retrospectives, workshops and team effectiveness activities
  • Use flow and Agile health metrics to identify improvement opportunities
  • Help improve product intent, collaboration and cross‑team alignment
  • Support leaders in addressing systemic impediments and reducing waste
  • Contribute to wider Agile capability building and transformation initiatives

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience coaching Agile ways of working across multiple teams
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to influence without direct authority
  • Experience improving flow, team effectiveness and continuous improvement
  • Understanding of Agile metrics, OKRs and value‑driven delivery
  • Background in product, SaaS or software engineering environments is desirable

Please note this is a hybrid working role with 3 days per week in our Ruddington office.
