Your Team
As a Project Manager, you’ll report to the Service Delivery Manager and collaborate closely with consultancy, sales, and customer success teams. Together, you’ll plan and execute projects with precision, ensuring all deliverables are met on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You’ll also engage with customers and stakeholders at all levels, fostering strong relationships and a shared vision for success.

Additional Responsibilities
- Deliver professional project management services for high-profile, complex projects.
- Plan, monitor, and control project deliverables, timelines, and budgets to achieve successful implementations.
- Manage customer expectations and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Allocate consultancy resources efficiently to maximise revenue and utilisation.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating when necessary.
- Conduct regular project reviews and produce progress reports for stakeholders.
- Ensure change control is implemented where appropriate.
- Drive additional commercial opportunities and provide financial budgetary control.
- Mentor and support Project Managers, ensuring adherence to project management standards.
- Promote project management methodologies across the business and support service improvements.
Key Skills
