As a Principal Product Manager, you will take on a pivotal role in shaping product excellence, defining strategy, and driving execution across multiple teams. You will set and maintain high standards for product management, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role provides the opportunity to lead a team of Product Managers while also staying hands-on with product ownership, ensuring your career blends both leadership and direct impact.
Your Team: You will work closely with cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and business to align on large-scale Epics that drive significant impact. As a leader, you will ensure seamless collaboration and process improvements that enhance team efficiency and delivery. Your ability to bring together different functions will strengthen the product vision and execution across the organisation.
Your Impact: By balancing strategic oversight with hands-on product management, you will influence both long-term product success and near-term execution. You will own key product initiatives, including market research, stakeholder engagement, GTM strategy, and customer insights, ensuring that MHR’s products remain innovative and commercially successful.
