As a New Business Sales professional at MHR, you’ll take ownership of creating and converting opportunities within the Payroll and HR services mid-market. This role offers the opportunity to influence key decision-makers, build meaningful commercial relationships, and stay ahead of market trends while actively driving revenue growth.
You’ll work as part of a driven and collaborative Sales team, supported by technical experts and wider business functions to ensure that every opportunity is professionally positioned and supported. Approximately 30% of your time will be spent prospecting and cold calling to build your pipeline, with the rest focused on progressing opportunities, coordinating proposals, and ensuring high-quality sales documentation and presentations.
You’ll also contribute market insights and competitive intelligence, helping shape our go-to-market approach. Through effective prospecting, professional engagement, and a deep understanding of our offerings, you’ll convert leads into long-term partnerships. Your awareness of industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs will help drive innovation and inform strategic decision-making, enhancing MHR’s reputation and commercial performance.
This role will require weekly on-site collaboration sessions with the Sales team at our head office in Nottingham (NG11 6JS).
