Step into a role that strengthens your expertise in outbound prospecting, lead generation, and value-based sales engagement within the LSME market. You’ll advance your commercial acumen, deepen your knowledge of the Payroll/HR space, and refine your ability to create qualified opportunities using industry-leading outreach tools such as Salesforce, Groove, LinkedIn, and 6sense.
You’ll work closely with the LSME New Business Team, collaborating on targeted account strategies and sharing insights that drive collective success. You’ll also partner with Marketing to execute campaigns and with Sales Executives to nurture and grow pipelines, ensuring the team consistently delivers high-quality opportunities.
Your proactive approach to identifying prospects, generating leads, and maintaining accurate CRM data will directly fuel new business growth across all sectors. Through multi-channel outreach, consultative engagement, and strong stakeholder communication, you’ll play a key role in expanding market reach, accelerating sales performance, and supporting MHR’s continued growth in the LSME space.
