With us, you’ll grow, find your flow, and make a lasting difference in your career, your team, and your impact.
Your Career
You are a genuine product leader who has built and led small teams and remained close enough to the work to understand what great product management looks like in practice. You are comfortable moving between strategy and execution, whether shaping vision, challenging thinking, or stepping in when needed. You bring experience in B2B SaaS or fintech and understand how product connects to revenue, retention, and market positioning. You are commercially literate, confident discussing ARR and ACV, and focused on outcomes over output.
You invest in people and create an environment where Product Managers can do their best work. You are energised by ambiguity and building from scratch, not reliant on large teams or established structures. You communicate clearly and credibly with both executives and your team.
Your Team
You will join a lean Finance product function designed for focus and impact. This is a small team building something new, with high ownership and the opportunity to shape how the function operates. Product Managers own discovery, strategy, and outcomes, while Product Owners focus on delivery, allowing the role to stay genuinely strategic.
You will work closely with the Product Director in a culture built on trust, autonomy, and direct communication. Success is collective, and ways of working are still being defined, with real opportunity for you to influence how the team grows.
Your Impact
You will shape both the product and the function, setting direction, improving product thinking, and building a strong team. Your focus will be on solving real customer problems and driving measurable business outcomes.
You will help bring a product to market and define how the team operates as it scales. Success is measured by impact, clarity, and the strength of the team you build, not just the features delivered.
Skills:
- Natural people leader - creates psychological safety, gives direct feedback, and develops talent.
- Deep product craft across both discovery and delivery - credible with PMs and POs alike.
- Commercially fluent - understands how product decisions connect to ARR and business outcomes.
- Process-minded without being bureaucratic - builds structure that enables speed.
- Strong communicator across levels - translates strategy for PMs and operational reality for the Director.
Experience:
- Previous people management experience in a product context - direct line management, not just mentoring.
- Track record of building and improving team operating models.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
Benefits to support you personally and professionally
Alongside the opportunity to work with an incredible team and express your individuality, we offer a range of personalised benefits including:
- Access to over 60 internal training courses, professional qualifications, and cross-departmental mentoring and coaching programs.
- 24/7 access to a GP through Help at Hand for you and your family, confidential mental health support, and paid sick leave.
- Ability to purchase or sell additional holiday days beyond 25 days and bank holidays.
- Enhanced Family leave.
- My MHRewards offering discounts at over 900 retailers.
- Monthly employee recognition program and departmental awards.
- Referral bonus scheme of up to £2,000.
- Employee-led social events such as running clubs, football teams, book clubs, and bake-offs.
