As a Senior Account Manager at MHR, you’ll take ownership of driving growth across our Large and Medium Enterprise customer base. You’ll build strategic relationships at C-level, positioning MHR’s cloud-based HR, Payroll, and Finance solutions as long-term value drivers using ROI and TCO models. You’ll develop account plans, create joint vision roadmaps, and proactively build pipeline within your portfolio, ensuring consistent revenue delivery and high customer satisfaction. This role offers the opportunity to operate strategically, sell business value rather than features, and play a key part in shaping the future of work for over 1,200 organisations across the UK and Ireland.
You’ll be part of an expanding Account Management team, working collaboratively within a team-selling environment alongside Customer Success, Sales, and wider internal stakeholders. Together, you’ll ensure customers derive maximum value from their investment in MHR, resolve escalations effectively, and maintain strong executive engagement.
