*This role will be covering an Enterprise Account base, across London.
Your Team
As a senior member of the Account Management team, you'll work cross-functionally with our Customer Success, Product, Consultancy, and Technical teams to deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions.
By building joint value roadmaps and influencing strategic conversations at the C-level, you'll help position MHR as a long-term, trusted partner.
You'll also play a key role in shaping the wider team's approach to delivering excellence across our public sector accounts.
Your Impact

Through strategic engagement, value-based selling, and regular in-person collaboration, you'll ensure that MHR's technology helps our clients meet their organisational goals.

- Proven experience in selling to C-level stakeholders with strong executive presence.
- A track record of exceeding sales and customer success targets.
- Skilled in account planning, pipeline generation, and contract management.
- Strong background in value-based selling using ROI and TCO models.
- Exceptional discovery, planning, and closing capabilities.
- Comfortable navigating complex objections and removing barriers to close.
- Proven experience in selling enterprise cloud solutions, ideally in HR, Payroll, and/or Finance.
