Responsibilities

  • Generate, manage, and convert pipeline opportunities using a consultative, value-based approach in software solutions and service sales, particularly within the Payroll and HR market.
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle, including identifying opportunities, engaging stakeholders, and closing high-level deals at board level.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (bid, pre-sales, delivery) to ensure sales activities are coordinated and aligned with MHR standards.
  • Deliver accurate proposals, manage contractual processes, and provide market and competitor intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
  • Support broader business plans with a sharp commercial focus and strong market awareness to drive contract revenue and expand MHR’s market presence.
  • Maintain on-site presence twice a week to support collaboration and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

  • Experience in software solutions and service sales, with a track record of self-generating leads and closing high-level deals.
  • In-depth understanding of iTrent and Managed Services is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and translate complex requirements into compelling proposals.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders at board level.
  • Willingness to be on-site twice a week and work collaboratively with team members across functions.
