As a Transitions Consultant, you will play a crucial role in transitioning managed service customers into MHR’s Managed Service Centre. This role offers an opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of MHR’s payroll systems and automated solutions while enhancing your consultancy, project management, and stakeholder communication skills. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth integration of new customers and verifying system builds. Over time, your experience in system implementation and transition processes will provide you with a strong foundation for further professional development within payroll and HR consultancy.
Your Team:
You will work closely with the Managed Service Centre team, project stakeholders, and customers to ensure the effective transition of new clients. Your collaborative efforts will focus on the successful implementation of iTrent and People First systems and the automation of payroll solutions. You will also help develop and improve department processes. Clear communication and teamwork will be essential as you address issues, risks, and progress, ensuring all parties are aligned throughout the transition.
Your Impact:
By ensuring that a customers iTrent or People First system are properly built and fit for purpose, you will help deliver an optimised payroll model that meets both customer and Managed Service Centre needs. Your attention to detail and proactive communication will ensure that any build errors are identified and corrected, maintaining high standards of service delivery. By staying informed about relevant legislation and system developments, you will help improve the services offered to customers, fostering strong, lasting relationships within the department.
