You’ll join a strategic, forward‑thinking team focused on redefining how organisations approach workforce transformation. Working closely with Sales, Pre‑Sales, Product, Professional Services, Analytics and AI leaders, you’ll help position MHR as a trusted strategic partner to CHROs, HRDs and People Leaders. Together, the team shapes high‑impact executive conversations around HCM modernisation, workforce strategy, employee experience and organisational design. Collaboration is central to the role, with a strong focus on curiosity, innovation and creating compelling transformation narratives powered by People First, AI, analytics and automation capabilities.
This role offers the opportunity to operate at a highly strategic level, engaging directly with senior HR and business leaders on complex workforce transformation challenges. You’ll build expertise across HCM operating model design, workforce planning, talent transformation, analytics and AI‑enabled workforce insight, while developing executive advisory and commercial influencing skills. From leading CHRO discovery workshops to shaping transformation roadmaps and executive business cases, you’ll play a key role in early‑stage strategic engagements that accelerate deal velocity and strengthen customer confidence. You’ll also contribute to the evolution of reusable frameworks, methodologies and thought leadership that will shape MHR’s future go‑to‑market approach.
Your work will help organisations move from fragmented, transactional HR and payroll environments to integrated, insight‑driven operating models that improve workforce productivity, employee experience, compliance and strategic decision‑making. By translating complex workforce challenges into clear, outcome‑focused transformation pathways, you’ll elevate executive conversations and help customers understand the measurable value of modern HCM solutions.
