Your Team
You’ll be part of a high-performing LME & Enterprise Sales team that works collaboratively to pursue and close new business opportunities. You’ll engage with colleagues across the business, including bid, pre-sales, and delivery teams, to ensure all sales activities are well-coordinated, professionally presented, and aligned with MHR’s standards. Your ability to communicate effectively, support team success, and contribute to shared goals will be key to your success.
Your Career
This role offers a dynamic opportunity to build on your experience in software solutions and service sales, particularly within the Payroll and HR market. You’ll take ownership of generating, managing, and converting pipeline opportunities using a consultative, value-based approach. Your in-depth understanding of iTrent and Managed Services, combined with your ability to self-generate leads and close high-level deals at board level, will be crucial in achieving your individual sales targets and supporting the broader business plan.
Your Impact
You’ll play a key role in driving contract revenue and expanding MHR’s market presence by shaping and securing new business opportunities. With a sharp commercial focus and strong market awareness, you’ll help position MHR competitively by delivering accurate proposals, managing contractual processes, and feeding valuable competitor and market intelligence back into the business. Your contributions will directly influence MHR’s revenue growth, strategic decision-making, and overall success in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
