As a New Business Sales professional at MHR, you’ll take ownership of creating and converting opportunities within the Payroll and HR services market. You’ll use a consultative, value-based approach to identify and shape new business prospects, particularly for solutions like People First and Managed Services. This role offers the opportunity to influence key decision-makers, build meaningful commercial relationships, and stay ahead of market trends while actively driving revenue growth.
Your Team: You’ll work as part of a driven and collaborative Sales team, supported by technical experts and wider business functions to ensure that every opportunity is professionally positioned and supported. Approximately 30% of your time will be spent prospecting and cold calling to build your pipeline, with the rest focused on progressing opportunities, coordinating proposals, and ensuring high-quality sales documentation and presentations. You’ll also contribute market insights and competitive intelligence, helping shape our go-to-market approach.
Your Impact: Your role will be critical in expanding MHR’s customer base and positioning our solutions in a competitive, fast-evolving market. Through effective prospecting, professional engagement, and a deep understanding of our offerings, you’ll convert leads into long-term partnerships.
