Your Team: Join a collaborative, commercially driven New Business or Account Growth team focused on securing new opportunities across a wide range of private sector organisations. You'll work closely with Sales and Marketing, aligning on targeted account strategies, campaign execution, and pipeline growth. Together, you'll drive coordinated outreach efforts that support MHR's continued growth and success in the market.
Your Impact: You'll be at the forefront of pipeline creation, generating sales-qualified opportunities through strategic outbound outreach and intelligent use of tools like Salesforce, Groove, LinkedIn, and 6sense. By uncovering customer insights, engaging stakeholders at all levels, and contributing to multi-channel campaigns, you'll directly influence revenue growth and help expand MHR's presence across both new and existing customers.
This role will require you to be in the office twice a week (NG11 6JS).
