As an Account Manager at MHR, you’ll play a central role in growing and retaining key relationships across a portfolio of Public Sector customers. You’ll focus on delivering strategic value, identifying new opportunities, and aligning MHR’s solutions to meet the specific needs of government and public service organisations. Engaging with senior stakeholders, including C-level decision-makers, you’ll position MHR as a trusted, long-term partner with a strong focus on ROI and total cost of ownership.
Working cross-functionally with Customer Success and internal delivery teams, you’ll collaborate to build joint value roadmaps that support customer objectives and MHR’s strategy. You’ll maintain accurate sales activity in Salesforce and conduct regular customer touchpoints, visiting each customer at least every 90 days. Together, you’ll resolve escalations, maintain referenceable accounts, and ensure customers continue to realise value from their investment in MHR.
Your ability to build meaningful, strategic relationships and deliver consultative, value-led sales will directly influence customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. Your commercial focus and strategic insight will help drive long-term success for both our clients and MHR.
