At MHR, you’ll shape engineering across our iTrent and People First platforms, owning end-to-end delivery and driving high-quality, compliant, and scalable solutions. This is a customer-facing role where you’ll lead how we deliver and evolve customer integrations, influencing strategy and improving integration processes across the business.

Your Team
You’ll lead a cross-functional team of engineers and testers, working closely with Product Design, Scrum Masters, and key stakeholders. You’ll build a high-performing, collaborative culture while partnering with customer-facing teams to deliver reliable, scalable integration solutions and continuously improve how we work.

Your Impact
You’ll own delivery, ensuring releases are high quality, on time, and compliant. A key focus will be improving customer integrations, working directly with customers and internal teams to resolve challenges, enhance processes, and drive better integration outcomes at scale. You’ll bring clarity, alignment, and continuous improvement across delivery and stakeholder communication.

What You’ll Bring to the role and MHR
Strong experience in software delivery and engineering leadership
Customer-facing experience, ideally with integrations or external partners
Understanding of integrations (APIs, data flows, enterprise systems)
Ability to drive process improvement and organisational change
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Agile delivery experience and solid technical grounding
