Step into the role of a New Business Sales Executive at MHR, where you will drive revenue growth, shape market opportunities, and deliver impactful sales results. Your Team
As part of a dynamic sales team, you will collaborate with colleagues and technical experts to deliver tailored solutions to prospective customers. Your work will be supported by a centralised Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, allowing you to stay organised and informed while contributing to the team’s shared goals.
Your Impact
Your role will be instrumental in helping MHR achieve its business objectives, meeting and exceeding annual sales targets. Through consultative selling, strategic pipeline management, and a deep understanding of MHR’s product offerings, you will drive business growth while maintaining a professional image and high-quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Deliver contract revenues as agreed in the company’s business plan and commission scheme.
- Self-generate and manage a sales pipeline with sufficient coverage to meet business plan targets.
- Accurately forecast sales performance and maintain accountability for results.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Payroll and HR markets, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Acquire detailed knowledge of MHR’s product offerings, including People First, iTrent, and managed service delivery.
- Establish and nurture relationships with prospective customers, pursuing opportunities to successful closure.
- Create and shape opportunities using a consultative, value-based approach.
- Prepare and dispatch high-quality sales documentation to maintain continuity and professionalism with prospects.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect information in the CRM system.
- Share documentation with a central file to ensure consistency and accessibility.
- Complete all required documentation in line with MHR’s quality standards.
- Stay informed about competitive activity and provide analysis and feedback as required.
- Maintain a market and business awareness through reading articles, periodicals, and discussions.
- Uphold and project the company’s professional image at all times.
- Ensure all company equipment (e.g., computer hardware, mobile phones) is well-maintained and presentable.
