Your Team: You’ll be joining a collaborative, cross‑functional team that includes engineering, design, marketing, and sales professionals who are all passionate about creating meaningful digital experiences. Working closely with senior leadership and the Principal Product Manager, your team will set ambitious goals (OKRs), align strategies, and transform insights into innovative, customer‑centric features.

Your Impact: As an experienced product leader, your decisions will shape the success of our People First product suite and directly influence our customers’ experience. From defining product vision to leading discovery and prioritisation, you’ll ensure we deliver features that meet real business needs - driving growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shape and execute product strategy and roadmap.
  • Define problems, prioritise solutions, and manage trade‑offs.
  • Collaborate across teams on design, research, and go‑to‑market plans.
  • Set measurable goals (OKRs) and track performance.
  • Stay informed on market trends and customer insights.
  • Communicate clearly, take ownership, and drive delivery.
