Join our People team as a trusted partner to business leaders, helping to deliver people initiatives that drive business performance and support organisational objectives. You'll provide both strategic and operational HR expertise, influencing key people decisions, challenging where appropriate, and fostering a positive, high-performing culture across the business.
Your Team: Working alongside fellow People Business Partners and specialist teams, including Talent, L&D, and Finance, you'll deliver a consistent, commercially focused People service. Collaboration is central to the role as you support leaders, contribute to cross‑functional People projects, and help shape continuous improvement across the employee lifecycle.
Your Impact: You'll partner with leaders across your business areas, providing expert guidance on employee relations, organisational change, performance, leadership development, and workforce planning. You'll use people data and insights to identify trends, mitigate risk, and enable informed decision‑making. You'll also lead and contribute to People initiatives, policy development, and change programmes that strengthen organisational capability, enhance employee engagement, and improve retention.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in a People/HR Business Partner role within a fast‑paced, commercial environment.
- Extensive employee relations experience with a strong working knowledge of UK employment law.
- Demonstrable experience managing complex and sensitive employee relations cases, with the confidence to coach and influence managers at all levels.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build credibility, challenge constructively, and influence decision‑making.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to balance business needs with people outcomes.
- Experience using people data and HR metrics to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship‑building skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
- Mediation qualification and/or practical workplace mediation experience.
- Experience supporting global or multi‑country workforces.
- Experience supporting organisational change, transformation, or business growth initiatives.
- Experience partnering with senior leadership teams.
