You will be part of a collaborative and commercially focused team dedicated to ensuring accurate customer licensing and compliance. The team works closely together and with wider business functions, including sales, finance, and operations, to deliver consistent and reliable outcomes. Your impact will be central to maintaining the integrity of customer licensing and supporting sustainable business growth. You will ensure the accurate upkeep of licensing through reporting and the processing of licence banding increases, while proactively managing customer communication to identify and resolve licence breaches. By providing quotes, leading commercial negotiations, and preparing accurate proposal and contractual documentation, you will help secure compliance outcomes. You will lead customer calls throughout the compliance process, provide accurate forecasting of all compliance deals to the Head of Customer Compliance, and maintain up-to-date Salesforce records. Through effective collaboration with the wider business, you will help drive a smooth, efficient, and commercially successful compliance process.
