At MHR, our employees are central to our success and play a key role in helping customers achieve sustainable high performance. With a team of over 900 professionals, we work to make things flow smoothly, whether it's for large organisations or individual employees. As businesses face rapid changes in the world of work, our team is here to help them adapt and thrive.

By focusing on the core needs of efficiency, productivity, growth, and impact, our employees use their expertise to deliver real solutions through our People and Finance platform. This system, which covers finance, HR, payroll, and learning, helps businesses run more smoothly and make better decisions in real time.

With over 40 years of experience behind us, MHR’s track record as a high-performance organisation is built on clear goals, a shared vision, and strong communication - all of which we pass on to our customers.

MHR is more than just a place to work; it’s a platform for empowerment. Joining us means bringing innovation, technology, and teamwork seamlessly removes obstacles, enhances your skills, and allow you to focus on what’s most important to you- work that matters.

With us, you’ll grow, find your flow , and make a lasting difference in your career, your team, and your impact.

As a Quality Analyst, you will join MHR’s innovative Test Engineering team, supporting the design and delivery of software testing for our market-leading HR and Payroll solution. Working in an agile development environment, you will have the opportunity to develop your testing expertise rapidly while contributing to a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, TDD, BDD, and self-development.

You will bring a strong understanding of manual software testing, with hands-on experience in UI and/or API testing and a good working knowledge of databases. You will apply core testing practices including test strategy, planning, analysis, estimation, defect management, and reporting, helping the team make informed decisions throughout the development lifecycle.

Your Team

This role sits within the People First Talent domain, where you will lead on identifying and coordinating the appropriate test activities for the team. You will work closely with development engineers and automation engineers to ensure the product is built with low risk and high quality from the outset.

You will collaborate with colleagues to identify repeatable testing activity and support its delivery through automation. You will contribute to agile ceremonies and promote preventative testing techniques, ensuring quality is considered throughout development rather than only at the point of release.

Your Impact

You will help ensure that every release of the HR and Payroll solution is reliable, robust, and fit for purpose. Through thoughtful test planning, effective analysis, clear defect management, and accurate reporting, you will provide the insight needed to manage risk and protect the customer experience.

This is an opportunity to join a cutting-edge team where your testing ability can develop quickly, your ideas will be valued, and your work will directly support the quality of products used by organisations and their people.

Benefits to support you personally and professionally

Alongside the opportunity to work with an incredible team and express your individuality, we offer a range of personalised benefits including:
