As businesses face rapid changes in the world of work, our team is here to help them adapt and thrive.
By focusing on the core needs of efficiency, productivity, growth, and impact, our employees use their expertise to deliver real solutions through our People and Finance platform. This system, which covers finance, HR, payroll, and learning, helps businesses run more smoothly and make better decisions in real time.
With over 40 years of experience behind us, MHR’s track record as a high-performance organisation is built on clear goals, a shared vision, and strong communication - all of which we pass on to our customers. MHR is more than just a place to work; it’s a platform for empowerment. Joining us means bringing innovation, technology, and teamwork seamlessly removes obstacles, enhances your skills, and allows you to focus on what’s most important to you - work that matters.
In this role, you will showcase MHR and alliance solutions to prospects and existing customers, delivering high-quality product demonstrations that highlight value, capability, and best practice. You’ll use your HR and payroll expertise to advise prospects, guide their understanding of requirements, and support them in making informed decisions. You’ll also prepare and deliver workshops, ensuring demonstrations are tailored, accurate, and aligned to customer needs. Part of your role includes maintaining the demonstration environment and integrating new product releases to ensure it reflects the latest functionality.
Your Team: You’ll work closely with colleagues across Sales, Product, and Alliances to ensure demonstrations are current, relevant, and compelling. By collaborating with product experts and technical teams, you’ll keep the demo environment updated with new releases and enhancements. You’ll support the broader team by contributing HR and payroll subject knowledge, improving demo narratives, and helping refine how solutions are positioned to different customer segments. Together, you’ll ensure a cohesive, professional, and high-impact customer experience.
Your Impact: Your work will directly influence customer understanding, confidence, and buying decisions. By delivering clear, credible, and engaging demonstrations, you will help differentiate MHR in the market and strengthen trust with prospects. Your expertise in UK HR and payroll legislation, combined with strong problem-solving and presentation skills, will ensure customers see the practical value of MHR’s solutions. Ultimately, your role will support pipeline conversion, deepen customer insight, and contribute to the commercial success of both MHR and its alliance partners.
