As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving growth and nurturing relationships with large and medium-sized enterprise clients within the Private Sector. You’ll work with director-level stakeholders, demonstrating how MHR’s HR, Payroll, and Finance solutions deliver tangible business value. By leveraging ROI and TCO models, you'll support key decision-making processes and position yourself for long-term career growth in an ambitious and supportive environment.
You’ll be a vital part of our Account Management team, collaborating with talented individuals across Customer Success, Technical, and Product teams to deliver innovative, value-driven solutions. Together, you’ll build and maintain strategic account plans and shared vision roadmaps tailored to each customer’s unique needs. In this team-selling environment, your success is everyone’s success, built on open communication, shared goals, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
Your role will directly influence the success and satisfaction of MHR’s Private Sector customers. By fostering strong, trust-based relationships, addressing complex challenges, and effectively communicating MHR’s value proposition, you will help organisations realise their strategic goals through technology.
