You’ll lead Account Management teams to maximise retention, renewal, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities, embedding strategic account planning and acting as an executive sponsor for key relationships, while aligning Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Services to deliver meaningful customer outcomes.
Alongside this, you’ll build and convert a high-quality, sustainable pipeline, driving disciplined sales execution, accurate forecasting, and strong opportunity management, while championing value-led selling and maintaining a clear view of market dynamics and competition.
