As a MHR Assist Consultant at MHR, you will provide high-quality, professional consultancy services to our customers, key stakeholders, and prospects. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer queries and cases, while maintaining the highest standards of service. You will have the opportunity to manage your own time and workload, ensuring that utilisation targets are met, while developing your problem‑solving and communication skills. Your Team

You will work closely with a dedicated team, collaborating with various departments to deliver exceptional support and service to MHR Assist customers. As the primary point of contact for both new and existing customers, your role will involve managing first‑line queries, escalating when necessary, and providing updates to all relevant stakeholders. You’ll support other teams and departments, contributing to knowledge transfer, and helping foster a collaborative environment where teamwork, communication, and customer satisfaction are prioritised.

Your Impact

We’re looking for an MHR Assist Consultant to join a growing, commercially and customer‑focused team at the centre of delivery and revenue generation. This role is about more than resolving cases, it’s about owning customer outcomes, delivering consultancy, and converting demand into revenue. This position plays a direct role in sustaining and growing our performance of a 500k+ per month revenue engine.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage and resolve high‑value consultancy cases across iTrent and PeopleFirst
  • Deliver structured and retained consultancy support
  • Own your utilisation and delivery pipeline
  • Work closely with Account Management, Service and Product
  • Identify commercial and improvement opportunities
