This role offers the opportunity to operate at a highly strategic level, engaging directly with senior HR and business leaders on complex workforce transformation challenges. You’ll build expertise across HCM operating model design, workforce planning, talent transformation, analytics and AI-enabled workforce insight, while developing executive advisory and commercial influencing skills.
