Your Team
You’ll be part of our Cloud Operations team, supporting People First—a modern, microservices-based HR and payroll platform used by hundreds of customers. You’ll work closely with Engineering and Platform teams to keep services resilient, performant, and always available.
Your Impact
You’ll lead a team responsible for the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our platform, driving SRE best practices and continuous improvement.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and develop Cloud Operations Engineers
- Drive SRE practices (automation, observability, incident management)
- Own monitoring, alerting, and platform performance
- Implement SLIs/SLOs to improve reliability
- Lead major incidents and root cause analysis
- Collaborate on scalability and operational readiness
- Support disaster recovery, capacity planning, and cloud optimisation
- Contribute to automation and Infrastructure as Code
What you’ll bring:
- Experience leading DevOps/Cloud/SRE teams
- Strong Azure and SaaS operations background
- Expertise in monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Azure Monitor, Grafana)
- Experience with IaC (Terraform) and automation (PowerShell or similar)
- Knowledge of CI/CD, incident management, and modern engineering practices
