The Role
At MHR we are looking for individuals eager to lead our highly skilled and successful MHR Agile Software Development Team, shaping the future of work with innovative products, embedding test‑driven development and using AI‑assisted tooling to enhance delivery.

- Managing a cross‑functional team of software engineers and testers whilst providing mentoring and coaching.
- Ensuring best practices in Software Development are maintained.
- Ensuring quality, scalability, and maintainability of code and software architecture.
- Monitoring team performance and setting performance goals, conducting regular performance evaluations, and providing feedback.
- Working with Scrum Masters to identify and address any issues or challenges faced by the team and implementing solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Driving a generative culture of high cooperation where learning is the heart of everything we do.
- Working closely with the Product Design Team to manage the resources required, to achieve the product roadmaps considering recruitment, training and the acquisition of tools and frameworks in a timely fashion to avoid delays in delivery.
