You'll take ownership of driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and developing scalable service offerings that meet evolving customer and market demands. You'll strengthen your expertise in strategic sales, commercial planning, and business development by identifying new market opportunities, developing pipeline growth strategies, and supporting both existing customer expansion and new business acquisition. Working alongside Sales and Account Management teams, you'll influence customer engagement from the earliest stages, helping to develop compelling proposals, pricing models, and service solutions. As you grow in the role, you'll broaden your experience across commercial modelling, forecasting, marketing strategy, and cross-functional leadership while playing an active role in shaping the future direction of MHR's Services business.
