As a Finance Business Partner you’ll be at the heart of our Finance team driving accuracy, insight, and innovation across the business. This role offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise in financial management, business partnering with stakeholders to improve performance, manage risk and drive sustainable commercial outcomes across the business.

Your Team: You’ll be joining a collaborative and forward-thinking Finance function that underpins every area of our business. We pride ourselves on delivering accurate, timely and insightful financial information that helps teams make the best decisions. You’ll work closely with colleagues across departments, providing trusted advice, clear analysis, and business intelligence that drives performance and efficiency. You’ll also work hand-in-hand with external stakeholders including auditors, HMRC and other authorities, ensuring compliance and transparency in everything we do.

Your Impact: In this role, you will:

  • Lead the production of monthly management accounts
  • Own balance sheet integrity
  • Act as a trusted finance partner to the business
  • Drive forecasting, budgeting and business planning activities
  • Provide financial modelling and scenario analysis
  • Support and develop Accounts Assistants
  • Partner with non-finance stakeholders
  • Continuously improve reporting, processes and controls
  • Support year-end and audit processes
