Your Career
At MHR, we're growing our Account Management team to strengthen and expand our relationships with customers across the Public Sector. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious commercial professional with a track record in cloud software sales, particularly across HR, Payroll or Finance, to take the next step in their career. You'll build trusted C-level relationships, lead strategic customer conversations and identify opportunities that deliver genuine value. Your Team
You'll join a high-performing, collaborative Account Management team focused on building long-term partnerships with our Public Sector customers. Working closely with customer leadership teams, Customer Success, Sales and internal subject matter experts, you'll play a key role in understanding customer priorities and shaping solutions that support their strategic goals. Together, you'll help organisations navigate change, unlock greater value from their technology and drive transformation across HR, Payroll and Finance.
Your Impact
As an Account Manager, you'll be at the heart of our customer relationships, acting as a strategic partner and helping customers get the most value from their relationship with MHR. You'll build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, develop joint vision roadmaps, identify and develop new commercial opportunities, and position MHR's solutions around customer needs and strategic priorities. You'll also maintain strong customer advocacy, ensure accurate Salesforce management, engage with customers regularly through visits every 90 days, and work closely with Customer Success and wider teams to resolve challenges, maximise ROI and deliver long-term customer success.
