Dabei warten die folgenden Aufgaben auf dich:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Planung und Durchführung von SAP CX Projekten mit Schwerpunkt auf Vertriebs- und Kundenprozessen – von der Anforderungsaufnahme über die Lösungsarchitektur bis hin zur Umsetzung, Schulung und Rollout
  • Konzeption und Implementierung ganzheitlicher End-to-End Sales-Prozesse entlang der Customer Journey – unter Einsatz von SAP CX Lösungen wie Sales Cloud, Service Cloud und CPQ
  • Übernahme von Verantwortung in externen und internen Transformationsprojekten, Mitwirkung bei Akquisitionen und Portfolioentwicklung sowie aktive Unterstützung in der Einarbeitung und Weiterentwicklung neuer Kolleginnen und Kollegen

Um für deinen Weg als Senior Consultant gewappnet zu sein, hast du folgende Qualifikationen im Gepäck:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium sowie mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Beratung oder im Inhouse Consulting mit Schwerpunkt auf dem SAP CX Sales Portfolio
  • Leidenschaft für Vertriebsprozesse und fundiertes Integrationswissen im Zusammenspiel mit SAP S/4HANA
  • Expertise in der Implementierung und Konfiguration der SAP Sales & Service Cloud (V1 & V2); Kenntnisse in SAP S/4HANA Sales, SAP CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) sowie der Anwendung von SAP-Transformationstools wie Signavio oder SAP Cloud ALM sind von Vorteil
  • Deine Arbeitsweise ist geprägt von einem souveränen Auftreten als Trusted Advisor – sowohl gegenüber Kunden als auch im internen MHP-Umfeld und zeichnet sich durch starke analytische, konzeptionelle und problemlösungsorientierte Fähigkeiten aus
