- Entwicklung tragfähiger Transformations- und Migrationsstrategien
- Ganzheitliche Durchführung von Workshops und Schulungen auf Managementebene sowie Unterstützung bei der Gewinnung neuer Kunden und Projekte durch die Erstellung von Angeboten, die Teilnahme an Pitches und die Pflege bestehender Kundenbeziehungen
Um für deinen Weg als Manager gewappnet zu sein, hast du folgende Qualifikationen im Gepäck:
- Abgeschlossenes Studiumund mind. 6Jahre Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Consulting und ergänzt durch Zertifizierungen wie TOGAF oder vergleichbar.
- Leidenschaft für die Führung von Projektteams sowie belastbare Erfahrung und sicheres Auftreten auf C-Level.
- Expertise in der Modellierung von Architekturen, z. B. mit Tools wie Sparx Enterprise Architect, LeanIX etc. sowie ein belastbares Netzwerk im Automotive- und Manufacturing-Umfeld.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist geprägt durch sehr gute Präsentations- und Projektmanagementfähigkeiten, eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise, analytisches Denkvermögen sowie ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
