Aufgaben:
- Du begeisterst dich für Fragestellungen rund um die CFO-Organisation mit dem Schwerpunkt Accounting und Controlling.
- Du interessierst dich außerdem für Digitalisierung und die Mobilitätswende.
- Ganzheitliche Beratung unserer Kunden bei der digitalen Transformation der Verantwortungsbereiche des CFOs.
- Erarbeitung von Roadmaps, Erstellung von Fachkonzepten und Umsetzungsbegleitung von Projekten mit Fokus auf Finanzen, Digitalisierung und Mobilität.
- Optimierung von Prozessen und Technologien im Finanzbereich mit Schwerpunkt Accounting und Controlling sowie angrenzenden Funktionen.
- Durchführung von Workshops zu finanzspezifischen Themen sowie zur Erarbeitung von Lösungen gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden.
- Übernahme der (Teil-)Projektleitung in spannenden Projekten mit dem Schwerpunkt Transformation der Finanzfunktion.
- Beratung von Accounting Prozessen mit Fokus Rechnungswesen inkl. funktionsübergreifender Verknüpfungen.
- Beratung von Controlling-Prozessen inkl. Verknüpfung mit Unternehmenssteuerung.
Anforderungen:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium und mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Consulting-, Finance- & Controlling-Umfeld.
- Leidenschaft für innovative Technologien, Digitalisierungs-, Accounting- und Controlling-Themen im Verantwortungsbereich des CFOs.
- Expertise im Projekt- und Prozessmanagement sowie in den Themenfeldern Accounting und Controlling.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist professionell, kundenorientiert und geprägt von Flexibilität.

- Beginn: nach Vereinbarung – immer zu Beginn eines Monats.
- Arbeitszeit: in Vollzeit (40h); 30 Urlaubstage.
