You'll be someone who spots trends before they appear in everyone's feed, understands what makes audiences stop scrolling and is passionate about using social platforms to solve real business challenges. This is an opportunity to work across a fascinating mix of brands, sectors and audiences. One day you could be developing an influencer activation, the next shaping a LinkedIn strategy for senior leaders, building a content plan around a major campaign launch or uncovering insights from social listening that change the direction of a client's strategy. As a Digital Manager at MHP Group, you will be:

  • Creating Social That Works
    • Developing social strategies that help brands build influence, reputation and engagement.
    • Creating audience-first content ideas designed for how people actually use platforms.
    • Staying on top of emerging trends, formats, creator behaviours and platform updates.
    • Turning insight into content that cuts through crowded feeds.
  • Supporting Social & Influencer Programmes
    • Managing social and influencer campaigns from planning through to delivery.
    • Identifying and vetting creators who genuinely align with client objectives.
    • Working with internal teams and external partners to produce standout campaigns.
    • Supporting both organic and paid social activity across a variety of sectors.
  • Delivering Insight & Impact
    • Conducting social audits, audience research and competitor analysis.
    • Using data and social listening to uncover opportunities and shape recommendations.
    • Monitoring performance and translating metrics into meaningful business insights.
  • Building Client Relationships
    • Contributing to digital workstreams across multiple clients.
    • Acting as a trusted social media advisor to client teams.
    • Identifying opportunities to grow and evolve client programmes.
    • Contributing to pitches and presenting ideas with confidence.
  • Shaping the Future of Social at MHP
    • Championing best practice across the agency.
    • Sharing platform updates, trends and innovations with colleagues and clients.
    • Experimenting with AI and emerging technologies to improve how we work and the value we deliver.
    • Helping evolve our social, influencer and digital offering.

You will:

  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will be client-facing and team building. We need someone who can be agile and adaptable, able to work at a fast pace and meet deadlines, and comfortable working on a broad range of challenges across new business and client briefs at any one time.
  • Have 2+ years' experience in social media, influencer marketing or digital communications.
  • Have experience managing social channels, campaigns and content programmes across multiple brands or clients.
  • Have a strong understanding of platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Meta.
  • Be an instinctive understanding of what makes great social content.
  • Have experience working with influencers and creators.
  • Be confident using social analytics, listening and reporting tools.
  • Have excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Have a curious mindset and genuine passion for digital culture, including AI.
