Must be well-organised, a strong communicator, client-facing, and has a genuine love for the power of digital to reach and communicate with people. We are a growing team and need someone that can hit the ground running!
Our agency’s digital work is diverse; one moment you’ll be tasked with running an influencer activation for a payments provider, to discovering what’s trending in good social content and formats, and to building out an organic and paid social plan for targeting policymakers in the energy sector. It’s critical that you have worked, and enjoy working, in designing digital campaigns and activating digital platforms that aren’t just for consumer audiences – complex audiences are our speciality!
The exact nature of the work will be varied, from light touch involvement (e.g. contributing to social research and trends, attending a kick-off meeting, providing some written thoughts to supplement a presentation) through to leading a specific strand of digital work, e.g. preparing film scripts or shoot preparation.
You will be challenging how brands drive value from social platforms and delivering great work that solves real business problems.
As a Digital Manager at MHP Group, you will:
- Work within the Digital team to deliver strategic plans and inspiring creative briefs that achieve brand objectives and deliver measurable results
- Create timely and engaging social content optimised for platform used and intended audience.
- Analyse and report social media actions monthly for successes and new opportunities
- Develop and run influencer campaigns, with support, from vetting to contracting and delivery
- Manage digital workstreams, organic and paid, ensuring client satisfaction and team performance is high
- Use tools such as Meltwater, Klear and SEMrush expertly in the role, providing support and guidance to the wider agency on how to maximise digital tool potential
- Audit a client’s digital performance against peers and provide strategic recommendations
- Carry out qualitative and quantitative research to provide impactful findings and compelling, data-driven insights across audience, category, brand, social and culture
- Work closely with the client teams to identify proactive opportunities for existing clients by optimising plans and proving the added value digital can bring to their business
- Support internal and external education and best practice, inspiring the agency and our clients to think and behave with a digital mindset
- Play a key part in our pitch process, working with the senior team to support on strategic plans and effective responses to briefs, presenting confidently and coherently when required
- Continue to refine and define our digital process and offering by being a digital ambassador inside the business and out
- Leverage AI tools such as CoPilot, to build efficacy into working processes and open up new ways of providing client value
You will:
- Have solid digital and social media marketing experience
- Have a strong understanding of user-generated content management, influencer campaigns
- Have good experience of working within digital platforms including, but not limited to, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter and YouTube
- Have good understanding of social media and analytics software (Hootsuite, Meltwater, SEMrush, Klear, Google Analytics, etc.)
With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will be client-facing and team building. We need someone who can be agile and adaptable, able to work at a fast pace and meet deadlines, and comfortable working on a broad range of challenges across new business and client briefs at any one time.
And in return, we offer:
- Excellent starting salary with annual reviews
- 25 days holiday allowance (+ bank holidays), a day off to celebrate your Birthday, ‘Time4U’ every month and office Christmas closure
- Matched pension contributions (up to 5%)
- Life Assurance
- Private Medical Insurance
- Employee Assistance Programme
- Season ticket loans and Cycle to work scheme
- Gym & Shopping discounts
