We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Barback to join our team within a small restaurant and bar group in London. This role is crucial in supporting our bartenders and ensuring smooth, high-quality service in our vibrant bar environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist bartenders with restocking spirits, beers, wines, and other beverages.
- Prepare and replenish garnishes, ice, and glassware.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including cleaning spills and washing glassware.
- Change kegs and ensure all equipment is in good working order.
- Support overall bar operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Assist with general cellar duties and stock rotation.
