At McGraw Hill, our Contract Management Operations team is looking for an Analyst who thrives in managing data integrity, system workflows, and cross-functional collaboration. How Will You Make an Impact?

As a Contract Management Operations Analyst, you’ll play a key role in maintaining our contract repository, supporting reporting, and driving continuous process improvements. Your efforts will ensure our internal clients have the tools, visibility, and structure needed to execute contracts effectively, while also helping to train others in the best practices.

What can you expect from the position:

  • Managing updates and data integrity in the contract repository, including uploading agreements and applying defined workflows using our SaaS contract management system.
  • Communicating status updates across stakeholders and ensuring contract metadata and supporting documentation remain current.
  • Handling inquiries, coordinating follow-ups, and assisting users with contract search and retrieval.
  • Recommending and supporting system/process enhancements that streamline contract management.
  • Collaborating with procurement, sourcing, finance, and supplier onboarding teams to ensure operational alignment.
  • Supporting key reports and metrics (KPIs) for internal teams and third parties.
  • Assisting in training strategy design and rollout, including end-user training materials, SOPs, and resource documentation.

What can you bring to the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business operations, law, or procurement.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in contract management, operations, or procurement.
  • Familiarity with contract management systems (e.g., DocuSign CLM, Oracle).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to cover a minimum of 5 hours overlap with ET/CET time zones daily.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
