Responsibilities
- Handling inbound inquiries and ensuring the smooth planning and implementation of all events taking place across Malmaison Reading and Hotel Du Vin Henley on Thames.
- Assisting the M&E Manager in driving revenue by maximizing meeting room occupancy and catering revenue, and optimizing client relationships across the two hotels.
Qualifications
- This role requires an organized self-starter with excellent communication skills and an eye for detail.
- Experience in a similar property is beneficial; a positive personality and the ability to think on your feet are essential.
