About the Role

Rate of Pay: Up to £46,000 per year plus generous company benefits, training & development

Type of Contract: Permanent

Malmaison seeks a leader in the making who will understand that running a successful business is not just about exceeding brand standards or managing a P&L. This role will involve developing the team to deliver celebrity service and ensuring operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate and set an example for the team.
  • Drive the brand strategy across all elements of the business and differentiate the hotel.
  • Maximise revenue by managing detail through department managers and understanding the local market.
  • Ensure health & safety compliance and effective communication.
  • Oversee operational detail while leading from the front.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience managing large teams.
  • Sound knowledge of food and drink operations in a similarly sized property (preferred but not required).
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills.
  • Good understanding of health & safety.
