Ensuring every dish is perfect goes without saying as does developing the team around you and setting the tone for each and every service but this role will require a touch of the creative, a head for numbers and a passion for going the extra mile.
You will have experience in a similar quality establishment, have worked in similar sized properties within a branded environment.
