- Takes responsibility for the general maintenance of the property and upkeep of its facilities.
- Ensures that tasks and jobs are completed efficiently and within time deadlines.
- Completes daily job list and preventive maintenance schedules with an eye for detail.
- Liaises with contractors and manages the maintenance team to meet guest expectations.
- Maintains health and safety standards across the hotel.

Qualifications
- Experience working in a maintenance department of a similar quality hotel is required.
- Knowledge of electrical systems and health & safety is beneficial.
