About the Role:
In this role you’re a real organiser, who loves leading and motivating your team. As Food and Beverage Manager your role involves taking responsibility for ensuring the smooth running of the day to day operations of the hotel. You will also be required to work closely with all department managers in people management, finance and budgeting, sales and revenue management. You will have Duty Manager responsibilities. You will be expected to ensure that our guests receive amazing hospitality at all times, that all staff are able to deliver service exceeding guest expectations and enhancing the guest journey at every opportunity. You will have previous experience in management with a sound knowledge of food and drink in a similar sized property. Food and Beverage Managers must have excellent communication skills, be a team player and enjoy a hands-on role. You must have passion for hospitality and deliver service with a smile.
