As a Sous Chef in the kitchen, you will support the Head Chef by ensuring the team delivers the brand standards in a smooth and consistent manner. Ideally, you will have worked at this level before and be able to demonstrate your skills when developing the team beneath you.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the Head Chef to ensure the team delivers the brand standards consistently and smoothly.
  • Develop and mentor team members under your supervision.
  • Manage kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high quality and efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • Ideal candidates have prior experience as a Sous Chef and demonstrate the ability to develop and lead a kitchen team.
  • Proven experience in maintaining brand standards and working under pressure is required.
