You will be required to maintain and develop client relationships and deliver levels of service that consistently exceed the expectations of our guests. As a Spa Therapist, you will be passionate about delivering treatments and amazing hospitality to our clients. You will be keen to learn about the products; TEMPLESPA and gain experience in a high-end Spa.

Responsibilities
- Carrying out a range of TEMPLESPA treatments to a high standard
- Maintain the standards of the Spa by supervising the team
- Welcoming clients into the Spa for their treatments in a 5* manner
- Booking clients on Spa computer system and taking phone calls
- Achieving retail targets
- Building a regular client base
- Ensuring treatment rooms and the Spa are kept clean and tidy to a high standard
